AI model loads on first use (~28 MB, cached afterwards).

Small marks have a way of drawing the eye: a spot on a portrait, a speck of dust on a scan, a scratch on a product, or a stain on a wall behind your subject. Object Remover works like a quick healing brush. Dab over the mark and the AI blends in the surrounding texture.
The tool is intentionally simple. There are no sliders for skin smoothing and no beauty filters, so faces keep their natural texture. You only change exactly what you paint, which makes it a gentle way to tidy portraits without the plastic look of heavy retouching. The demo above shows a skin-tone surface with a few spots to try.
Because the AI runs locally in your browser, personal portraits are never uploaded to a server. The model downloads once, is cached on your device, and the cleaned image is exported at full resolution without a watermark.
Beyond portraits, the same quick dab works on everyday surfaces. Clean a smudge off a window, a mark on a white wall behind a video call screenshot, a crumb on a table in a food photo, or lint on a dark sweater. The smaller and more isolated the mark, the more invisible the repair tends to be.
How to do it in 3 steps
1
Open the portrait or photo
Load your image and zoom in on the area you want to clean using the + button, mouse wheel or pinch.
2
Dab small brush spots
Choose a brush just larger than the blemish and tap once on each spot. Several spots can be painted before removing them together.
3
Remove and compare
Press Remove painted area, then use the before/after slider to make sure the result still looks like you. Download when happy.
Tips & limits
Small, tight brush dabs give more natural results than big strokes on skin.
Zoom out after each removal to judge the overall look, not just the pixels.
Avoid painting over eyes, lips and eyebrows, which the AI cannot recreate accurately.
For scans, remove dust spots in batches of ten or twenty for speed.
Limits: This is not a skin-smoothing or beauty filter, and it will not change skin tone or lighting. Large areas such as a whole cheek or a big birthmark may look painted. Marks that sit on edges, like the corner of a mouth, are harder to blend.
Why use Object Remover for this
Most free object removers upload your picture to a server, shrink it, limit how many edits you can make, or ask you to sign up before you can download. Object Remover takes a different approach. The AI model runs inside your browser, so your photo never leaves your device, the result keeps your original resolution, and there is no account, no daily cap and no watermark. It is part of the TryImager family of free, private, browser-based image tools, built and maintained by an independent developer in Bengaluru, India.
Frequently asked questions
Will it make skin look fake?+
Not if you keep the brush small. Only the painted area is changed, and natural skin texture everywhere else is left untouched.
Can I remove acne or freckles?+
You can remove individual spots, but removing all freckles would change how a person looks. We recommend light touch-ups only.
Is it safe to use for private portraits?+
Yes. Photos are processed entirely in your browser and never uploaded or stored by us.
Can I remove dust and scratches from old scans?+
Yes. Dab over each speck or brush along a scratch and remove. It works well on prints scanned at 300 to 600 DPI.
Does it work on pets and objects too?+
Yes. Any small mark, stain or speck on any surface can be removed the same way.
